How To Build A Content System With AI Across Blog, Social And Search

Plan research, long-form content, social posts and search updates together. One researched topic can give you material to adapt for several formats.

Start With Research

Pick one topic per cycle and gather what your audience asks about: questions from customers, search results and relevant source material. Keep notes with sources so you can check facts later. Ask your AI tool to summarize, but verify claims against the source.

Write The Long-Form Piece First

Start with an article that answers the main question in enough detail to support shorter posts. Write for one reader and one question. Use AI for outlines and drafts, then edit so it sounds like you and every claim is checked.

Reuse It For Social

Pull a few points from the article and write short posts that each stand alone and link back. Do not copy sentences. Rework them for how people read on each platform.

Make It Findable

Give the article a title matching what people search, a clear description and links to related pages. Check later whether it gets impressions and clicks, and update it if it does not.

Keep A Review Step

AI drafts can be bland or wrong. Decide who reads before anything publishes and what they check: facts, voice and whether it answers the question.

If You Want Skill Files For This

A weekly rhythm of one researched article, a few social posts from it and one update to an older page is what the Content and Growth Pack is built for. Its four skill files cover the stages above - research, long-form, social and search - with setup instructions for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex CLI and Gemini CLI. Yours forever, updates included.
