Closing Checklist and Scorecard

Check your work against the five deliverables. Score each one 0 (missing), 1 (partial) or 2 (done and tested).

Scorecard

• Use case list and choice: 0, 1 or 2.
• Skill with the six-input table and injection test: 0, 1 or 2.
• One-page agent design: 0, 1 or 2.
• Results table with before and after: 0, 1 or 2.
• 30-day plan with review points: 0, 1 or 2.

Closing Checklist

• Nothing customer-facing is sent without a person reading it.
• No real client data was pasted before the security checks.
• Every skill and connection came from a source you trust.
• You know how to pause the agent.
• You know what it costs each month.

Pass condition: a total of 8 or more out of 10, and no zero on the skill item (injection test) or the 30-day plan with review points item. Below that, fix the lowest score first.
