How to position and price what you sell

People buy when they understand who something is for and what changes. Price follows from that.

Position first - Who is it for, exactly? - What problem does it solve? - Why you, in one sentence?

Then price Price for the result, not the hours. Look at what the result is worth to the customer and set your price with that in mind.

Say it plainly Put the promise at the top of the page. If a stranger cannot repeat it, shorten it.

If you want help working through yours, Offers, Positioning & Pricing is a beginner course that ends with your customer, positioning, offer, price, message and page worked out - and lesson 1 is a free preview.
