Your first week with a fractional GTME

1 min read

You don't need a six-week discovery phase. You need someone to look under the hood and tell you what's actually going on. That's what the first week is.

First, we read everything. The CRM as it actually exists, not the version in the deck. The sequences as they actually run. The list sources, the routing rules, the last quarter of replies. The gap between what you think is happening and what the database says is happening - that gap is where the work lives.

Then you get the quick wins, and there are always quick wins. A routing rule that's been quietly dropping leads from one source for months. A sequence step firing on weekends and tanking your reply rates. A duplicate pipeline splitting your reporting in half. These take days to fix, not months, and they usually pay for the engagement before the real build starts.

Then we scope the machine together. What should outbound look like for your motion? Which steps should agents run, and which stay human? What does the CRM need to capture so reporting stops being archaeology? You get a fixed scope with a fixed timeline.

By Friday you've got three things: the honest audit, the quick wins already live, and a build plan you can hold us to. Every week after that looks the same - work shipped, documented, in your hands.

That's the point of fractional. Not less commitment. The same seniority, pointed at the build instead of the meetings.
