Pass or Revise

• Pass only when every required deliverable and safety check is present and passes. Otherwise revise and retest.
• Required: the workflow stops on missing input, refuses the case it should refuse, handles a planted injection safely, uses only the data scope you approved, and its alerts and pause work.
• Required: every claim in a draft is supported by the input, a person reviews every customer-facing draft, and the time log has a real baseline.
• Ten cases support a small reviewed pilot, not proof of general reliability.

Readiness Check
