Maintain It and Pick the Next One

Set aside time for a monthly review and adjust it to volume and risk. A fifteen-minute check is a fair start: read five recent runs, rerun your test table and confirm the results are still right. When the first workflow has run well for a month, go back to your scored list and pick the next. Reuse what you built: the instruction format, the checks, the draft folder and the log all carry over.

• Editing inputs without updating the instruction.
• Starting five workflows before one is stable.
