When most people can produce a draft in seconds, the valuable skill is knowing which draft is good and why. Practice by comparing options and saying what you would change.

Ask a model for five email subject lines. The skill is picking the one that sounds like your brand, trimming it, and knowing why. Choosing and trimming is the part you are accountable for.
